Fire and Ice Pickles

1 gallon sliced dill pickles

1 bag (4 lbs) sugar

1 oz tabasco sauce

2 or 3 minced garlic cloves

Drain juice from pickles. Mix sugar, Tabasco sauce, and garlic together. Alternate pickles and sugar mixture back into jar. Invert jar. Let set 12 hours and then turn back over. Do this 5 days - enjoy!

To make 1 pint:

1 pint pickles

1 cup sugar

1/2 tbsp Tabasco sauce

1 clove garlic
